Rafael do Valle Correa
FounderRafael do Valle Correa founded Ignea Partners after more than two decades advising senior executives and leading businesses through consequential strategic, financial, and operational decisions.
His career combines strategy consulting at Accenture, Integration Consulting, and Katalisis with more than a decade as a C-level executive and entrepreneur in technology, fintech, education, and private equity-backed businesses.
This experience on both sides of the table shapes Ignea’s approach: rigorous advice grounded in what works in practice.
Across more than 200 engagements, including work for Fortune 500 companies, Rafael has advised organizations on corporate strategy, growth, organizational transformation, financial planning, operational performance, and value creation across the Americas and EMEA.
As an executive and entrepreneur, he has led major payments initiatives at Amazon, built businesses and operations from the ground up, managed full P&Ls, led turnarounds, improved unit economics, developed new ventures, and raised capital. His operating experience helps him separate ideas that sound good from those that work in practice.
He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of São Paulo and an M.S. in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has taught Strategy Execution at Insper, and his academic interests also include Philosophy, studied at USP.
